Knitting and crocheting
It all started with crocheting and knitting. I crocheted as a kid and later on, learnt how to knit. I spent endless hours learning, experimenting and freestyling with yarn trying to create different clothes and accessories.
I used to work for Saule Wear brand where we knitted and crocheted clothes and accessories.
At some point I wanted to extend my skills and learn how to make my own yarn so I took a course in hand spinning and natural dyeing. Plant dyed hand spun yarn? Yes please!
Weaving
Sewing
Besides knitting and weaving, I am also interested in sewing. I learnt how to sew at Lubimy Szyć studio under the tutelage of Marzena Dyksińska where I, to this day, still learn about clothing construction. Below are some of my designs and the clothes I sewed.
